Interviewer: Eduardo, can you tell us about your journey in the concrete industry and how you started Tensik Industries?

Eduardo Fuenmayor: Of course. I have been in the concrete industry for 15 years now, starting in Venezuela my own company as a concrete plant manufacturer. I eventually moved to the United States and worked for a larger company before starting Tensik Industries. My goal with Tensik Industries was to focus on development and work with big companies in the United States to bring new technologies to the concrete industry, while also expanding our reach in Latin America.

Interviewer: How does Tensik Industries stand out in the competitive concrete plant manufacturing market?

Eduardo Fuenmayor: Tensik Industries stands out by focusing on quality and innovation. We are committed to developing new technologies that will improve the manufacturing process and make it more efficient. This commitment to quality and innovation has led to our recent accreditation from the Concrete Plant Manufacturing Bureau (CPMB), which is a great achievement for our company.

Interviewer: Can you tell us more about your recent accreditation from the CPMB and what it means for Tensik Industries?

Eduardo Fuenmayor: Our recent accreditation from the CPMB is a recognition of our commitment to quality and excellence in the industry. It means that we have met the rigorous standards set by the CPMB and that we are committed to ongoing improvement in our manufacturing process. This accreditation is a great achievement for our company and demonstrates our dedication to being a leader in the industry.

Interviewer: How does Tensik Industries approach innovation and development in the concrete manufacturing industry?

Eduardo Fuenmayor: At Tensik Industries, we are always looking for new ways to innovate and improve the manufacturing process. We work closely with our partners in the United States to stay on top of the latest technological advancements in the industry. We also focus on sustainability and social responsibility by developing technologies that reduce waste and energy consumption.

Interviewer: Can you tell us about Tensik Industries’ expansion plans?

Eduardo Fuenmayor: Our expansion plans are focused on growing our reach in Latin America. We have already opened new offices in Central America and the Caribbean, and we are looking to expand further in the region. We believe that there is a lot of potential for growth in Latin America, and we are committed to bringing our innovative technologies to the region to help drive that growth.

Eduardo Fuenmayor: As a Hispanic CEO in the concrete manufacturing industry, I have faced some challenges related to biases and stereotypes. However, I believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to driving innovation and growth in any industry. I am proud to be a Hispanic CEO and to be making an impact in the industry.

Interviewer: What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own concrete plant manufacturing business?

Eduardo Fuenmayor: My advice would be to focus on quality and innovation. Take risks and try new things, but always make sure that you’re delivering the best possible solutions to your customers. Additionally, it’s important to stay committed to social responsibility and making a positive impact in the communities where you operate.
