Luca Piccolo is a familiar name to everyone in the music industry, and those who know him know he is a force to be reckoned with. Piccolo was the manager of the world’s most famous DJs, including Marco Carola, one of the most influential DJs in the world, for an astonishing 26 years. During his time with Carola, Piccolo helped shape the electronic music scene in Europe and beyond, solidifying the most famous brand of the genre, Musicon, on the most important island of the genre: Ibiza.

However, at the end of 2021, Piccolo made a significant change in his career, moving away from house music and delving into the world of Urban and Reggaeton.

This transition may come as a surprise to some, but for Piccolo, it was a natural evolution. He has always had an ear for different styles of music and recognized the growing popularity of reggaeton from the beginning. In a message, Piccolo explained his decision to move to this new genre:

“Reggaeton music is a genre that is exploding right now. It is reaching audiences all over the world, and I wanted to be a part of that.”

Piccolo’s move to reggaeton has been a success so far. He is now the manager of Zion & Lennox, a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo that has been causing a sensation in the industry. Under Piccolo’s direction, the duo has released six successful singles, including the hit song “BERLIN” with rising star Maria Becerra.

The song has been praised for its catchy rhythms and infectious lyrics, and has garnered millions of views on YouTube.

Despite the significant change in genre, Piccolo’s management approach remains the same. He is known for his practical approach, working closely with his artists to help them achieve their goals. “I believe a manager should be more than someone who handles the business side of things,” he explained. “I want to be a partner to my artists, helping them grow and develop as musicians.”

Piccolo’s move to reggaeton is just the latest chapter in a long and successful career. His ability to adapt to different genres and work closely with his artists has made him a respected figure in the music industry. As he continues to work with Zion & Lennox and other artists, it will be exciting to see where his career takes him next.
